About the awards

Recognising the people and organisations changing lives through skills

Since 2018 the Apprenticeship and Training Awards have recognised outstanding achievement, innovation and impact in apprenticeships and workforce training. Over 700 nominations were received in 2025 from employers, training providers and individuals across the UK.

National finalists are welcomed to a parliamentary reception in Westminster, and winners are announced at the Gala Dinner of the Apprenticeships and Training Conference, in front of 750 senior leaders from across the sector.

The national Apprenticeship and Training Awards are presented at the ATC Gala Dinner and Awards Evening, closing ATC 2027 in style.
