Originally launched in 2017 as the AAC Apprenticeship Awards by FE Week and AELP, the Awards have grown in scale and impact, receiving over 700 nominations in 2025. Relaunched as the Apprenticeship and Training Awards, this evolution reflects the wider focus of today’s workforce needs and the increasing importance of lifelong learning and skills development.

National finalists are invited to attend an exclusive parliamentary reception and the Awards Ceremony, making this one of the most high-profile events in the sector.
