Charlotte Bosworth – Managing Director, Innovate Awarding.
Charlotte joined Innovate Awarding in June 2017 as Managing Director and is responsible for setting and implementing the strategic direction. Charlotte is passionate about vocational education and skills.
Her focus is to create a dynamic and fresh approach to assessment whilst maintaining quality and fantastic service.
Charlotte has worked in the exam boards sector since 1996 and has led and driven many qualification and assessment reforms. Charlotte sits on a number of educational boards including being a Governor at an FE College and a Trustee of a secondary school educational trust. Charlotte enjoys spending time in her garden and eating out at restaurants and trying to replicate her favourite dishes at home.
