Isa Mutlib is a distinguished leader in skills development and workforce diversity, founding AI Skills Academy, an AI powered platform that measures, trains and upskills AI talent within the workplace, and founder of the AI in Work and Skills Forum.
A fervent advocate for diversity and inclusion, Isa previously helmed the BAME Apprenticeship Alliance, championing apprenticeship diversity and earning recognition as “apprenticeship champion of the year” in 2023.
With over seven years in the apprenticeship domain, Isa has collaborated with UK’s major brands, advocating workforce diversity.
Isa currently sits of the UCAS apprenticeship advisory council among others, offering expert advice on education, skills and talent.
