Martine is passionate about people development and places it at the heart of everything she does. She has introduced successful apprenticeship and training programmes across multiple organisations and has coached many apprentices and employers. A seasoned HR professional, Martine brings more than 12 years of board-level experience across the private and public sectors. She has worked with award-winning SMEs and large organisations in industries such as legal, financial services, and manufacturing. Martine holds a CIPD Level 7 qualification and a law degree specialising in employment law. She is delighted to return to the judging panel for the second consecutive year.
