With over 20 years’ experience, Natalie brings significant expertise and experience of vocational pathways. Beginning her career as an apprentice with British Gas, Natalie experienced first-hand how apprenticeships can transform lives – a belief that continues to drive her work today.

Throughout her career, Natalie has held senior roles across further education colleges, independent training providers, commercial training businesses and awarding organisations, developing training programmes across sectors ranging from digital to leadership and management.

As Group Vice Principal of Skills and Curriculum at Luminate Education Group, Natalie leads on shaping transformational curriculum that addresses national, regional and local skills needs, whilst ensuring that learners and employers across the region benefit from outstanding training opportunities.

A proud former apprentice and self-confessed ‘skills fanatic’, Natalie is committed to closing skills gaps, strengthening employer partnerships and celebrating the achievements of learners and training providers.
