Graham Briggs

Graham joined Greene King in 2014 and is responsible for developing and delivering the company’s sustainability social strategy to create positive change for people and communities.

His work spans employability and education through Greene King’s social mobility programmes, as well as community investment, charitable fundraising, and broader support for local communities. A key focus of his role is fostering collaboration internally and with government agencies, industry bodies, and external partners, to drive meaningful and lasting impact.

Prior to his current role, Graham led Greene King’s apprenticeship programmes for over a decade, supporting more than 18,000 apprentices across 35 different qualifications. He continues to champion apprenticeships, support prison leavers, and break down barriers – helping more organisations get involved in delivering community-led, inclusive change.
