Before becoming CEO of Lifetime Group, Charlotte spent eight years as Managing Director of Innovate Awarding, driving a fresh, quality-focused approach to assessment. Her extensive career also includes senior leadership roles at OCR, where she contributed to significant qualification and assessment reforms.

A strong advocate for vocational education and apprenticeships, Charlotte is dedicated to supporting individual development and delivering sustainable, learner-centred growth for employers and learners alike.  Charlotte is a strong believer that every person whatever the starting point should be given the opportunity to learn and progress.
